We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@pinkdoorbeautypro.com with details of the product and the defect within 7 days of shipment arrival.
Please Note: This does not include orders that are left in extreme temperatures or inclement weather. Please contact USPS or UPS if you would like your item held at the post office or the UPS store for local pickup.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
We strongly encourage purchasing Route Package Protection that is automatically added to your shopping cart. You may remove this, however if removed, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact the carrier to resolve any issues. If you did not receive your package, please contact Route immediately regarding your replacement.
